You have a legal right to cancel a contract with us without having to give a reason. Your legal right to cancel starts the day after the goods are delivered to you and lasts for 14 days (“Cooling Off Period.”)
If you notify us of your decision to cancel during the Cooling Off Period the relevant period you will receive a refund as explained in greater detail in our Terms and Conditions.
To cancel a contract, please contact us in writing using this online form. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. Alternatively, you can call us at the phone number shown below. If you call us to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone us. If you email us to notify us of your cancellation, please do so using the email address below; your cancellation is effective form the date that your email was received.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. All refunds are paid in £GBP using the same payment method as you used to purchase the goods.
Please note, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale we cannot accept returns of Products that have been opened or where the security/anti-tamper seal has been broken, damaged or otherwise tampered with.
